Tamila Chaouche-Trapella est responsable du développement et des relations avec les caisses de pensions et fondations au sein d’AVADIS Vorsorge, dont AFIAA fait partie. Elle a débuté sa carrière en Sales-Trading au sein de HSBC IB puis de BNP Paribas sur les desks multi-assets avant d’intégrer JPMorgan où elle a acquis une connaissance approfondie des investissements alternatifs. Forte de son expérience auprès de la clientèle institutionnelle au sein de banques puis d’asset managers en Suisse, elle contribue aujourd’hui à développer notamment les activités d’AFIAA en Suisse romande. Depuis une dizaine d’années, Tamila est aussi impliquée au sein de plusieurs associations et comités oeuvrant pour le développement durable. Elle a étudié et travaillé en Irlande, en France, en Grande-Bretagne et aux Etats-Unis. Tamila est titulaire d’une licence en Mathématiques, d’une licence en Business ainsi que d’un master en Finance de Marché.

Ingo Bofinger

Ingo Bofinger évolue dans le secteur de l'immobilier depuis 30 ans. Tout au long de sa carrière professionnelle, il a développé une compréhension profonde des perspectives des investisseurs institutionnels en matière d'investissements immobiliers. Ingo Bofinger a pris la direction de la Fondation de placement AFIAA en janvier 2017. Avant de rejoindre AFIAA, il a été responsable de l'immobilier chez Gothaer Asset Management AG à Cologne pendant plus de cinq ans. Ingo Bofinger possède une vaste expérience allant des investissements immobiliers directs à indirects impliquant la gestion de véhicules d'investissement nationaux et internationaux. Il peut ainsi mettre à profit son expérience dans la conception et la gestion de structures d'investissement immobilier complexes en termes de droit des sociétés et de droit fiscal. Ingo Bofinger est diplômé en économie immobilière (ebs) et il est Fellow de la Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
Henrik Haeuszler is a Senior Director of Client Portfolio Management at Invesco Real Estate (IRE). Henrik is responsible for business development for the IRE funds, mainly in Europe. Henrik began his investment career in 2004 and joined IRE in October 2017. Prior to joining IRE, Henrik worked among others for UBS AG in Geneva and Morgan Stanley AG in Frankfurt as a fund and portfolio manager. Henrik earned a master’s degree for business management and a master’s degree for architecture – both from the Technical University of Munich and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is based in the Munich office.

Alexandros Gratsias is Sustainable Investment Director. He is a member of the Investment Committee and responsible for the sustainability strategy of the Sarasin Sustainable Properties European Cities fund. He joined J. Safra Sarasin in January 2017. Previously, he worked for a structural engineering company specializing in the development of real estate and infrastructure projects. He holds a master's degree in engineering, an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and is a CFA charter holder.
Alexander von Helmersen

Alexander von Helmersen has been Head of Institutional Clients Geneva at Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd since June 2017, servicing pension funds, foundations, single family offices, insurance companies as well as investment consultants. Alexander joined the Bank’s Institutional Clients team in 2012. Previously, Alexander was Client Relationship Manager in the Independent Asset Managers department at HSBC Private Bank Suisse (SA) in Geneva. Prior to this, he worked as Assistant Client Relationship Manager in the International Private Banking department of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in Montreux. Alexander began his professional career in 2000 at UBS AG, in the Active Advisory Team, Sales Brokerage within the Private Banking Division. Born in 1976, Alexander von Helmersen is a Swiss citizen. He graduated with Bachelor degree in English and European Law from Queen Mary, University of London. He holds a Trader’s Certificate from the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX).

Dimitri Doublet

Dimitri has more than 15 years' of real estate experience and joined M&G Real Estate in January 2016 from Internos Global Investors,
where he was a portfolio and transaction manager in charge of several separate accounts and sourcing investment opportunities.
Prior to that he worked in London in the AM field at Invista REIM in their pan-European team and before that at Akeler Property Developments Ltd
as management accountant thus bringing a broad array of skills and experience.
Dimitri holds a BSc honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Montpellier,
France and speaks French and English. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Simon Martin
Senior Partner, Chief Investment Strategist & Head of Research
Simon brings a 30-year track record of international real estate investment management to Tristan. He has worked with Founder and Executive Chairman/Chief Investment Officer Ric Lewis for over to 20 years and co-founded Curzon Global Partners in London in 1999. Simon set up the firm’s strategy function and led the research team as it grew globally (as part of AEW). He continues to focus on developing Tristan’s research-led investment approach. He works closely with the firm’s portfolio managers, investment and asset management teams and actively participates in the investment process. He has served on the Investment Committee and has worked on every deal the firm has executed since inception. Simon also works closely on a day-to-day basis with the client development team to ensure that clients are kept fully apprised of developments in the market and the implications for strategy.
Prior to joining Curzon Global Partners, he headed DTZ's Fund Management and Investment Strategy Group and worked for CB Hillier Parker's investment research team. Simon has also held a series of academic posts working as a researcher at Cambridge University (Property Research Unit) and at Kingston University (Real Estate Faculty) in London. Simon was latterly the CBRE Professor of Real Estate Finance at the Henley Business School and still lectures occasionally at a number of universities.

Theo Soeters est responsable de la gestion des fonds chez Edmond de Rothschild REIM. Il a plus de 25 ans d'expérience sur les marchés internationaux des capitaux et dans la gestion des investissements immobiliers. Auparavant, il a occupé un poste similaire chez Cording Real Estate Group.
Au cours de sa carrière, avant de rejoindre Cording en 2018, Theo a créé l'activité de gestion des investissements immobiliers d'ING Real Estate à Paris de 2000 à 2008, date à laquelle il est retourné aux Pays-Bas et a créé sa propre activité de conseil en matière de refinancement et de restructuration pour les investisseurs institutionnels pendant plus de 10 ans.
Theo a géré deux fonds logistiques et industriels européens pour ING Real Estate avec environ 1,5 milliard d'euros d'actifs sous gestion en France, en Allemagne, en Espagne, au Portugal, en Italie, en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas. Theo est titulaire d'une maîtrise en économie de l'Université libre d'Amsterdam.
